KORINY (CEO Taeyoung Moon), a Manhattan-based U.S. real estate investment platform, is expanding its position as a real estate platform connecting Korea and the United States by signing a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hana Securities of Korea.
Corini has recorded a cumulative transaction volume of approximately $600 million since 2020 (as of the third quarter of 2026).
It is characterized by providing one-stop support for the entire process of U.S. real estate investment, ranging from purchase advisory, contracting, lease management, asset operation, sales, and reinvestment, based on local networks in major U.S. cities including New York.
The Real Deal, a U.S. real estate media outlet, recently featured Corini’s growth and its strategy for expanding into the Asian market.
The agreement was held on October 26, Korean time, at Hana Securities THE Centerfield in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The two companies agreed to cooperate on providing one-stop solutions for U.S. real estate investment to family offices and high-net-worth clients, sharing overseas real estate investment information, and strengthening advisory services.
This effectively means that the channel connecting the demand for U.S. real estate investment from wealthy Koreans with local listings through Korini has been significantly expanded.
Following Korea, Corini is expanding its business into major Asian markets such as Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. The company plans to connect Asian investors with the U.S. real estate market through cooperation with local financial and real estate specialized institutions.
Korini’s services can be a practical option for Korean American clients as well. Those considering purchasing real estate in the U.S., such as in New York, can receive consultation in Korean covering everything from property review to contract signing and closing, while those who already own properties can entrust the company with rental management and asset operations.
Another strength is the ability to leverage the network of Korean and Asian investors secured by Corini when preparing for a sale.
“Moon Tae-young, CEO of Korini, said, ‘Based on our transaction experience in New York, Korini has been connecting investors from Korea and Asia with the U.S. real estate market. With this agreement with Hana Securities, that connection has become broader and stronger. We will become a reliable partner that Korean American clients can trust with everything from purchasing to management and selling.'”
Under the slogan ‘Expertise You Can Trust,’ Corini plans to create an environment where people can safely invest in U.S. real estate from anywhere in Korea or the United States.
